Derivative transactions are complex and carry a high risk of substantial losses. They are intended for sophisticated investors and are not suitable for everyone. The ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can adversely affect investor returns (That's why we recommend system trading). Before deciding to participate in derivatives trading, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk appetite. Most importantly, do not invest money you cannot afford to lose. There is considerable exposure to risk in any foreign exchange transaction. Any transaction involving currencies involves risks including, but not limited to, the potential for changing political and/or economic conditions that may substantially affect the price or liquidity of a currency.

In some cases, managed foreign exchange accounts are subject to substantial charges for management and advisory fees, as well as a mark-up, above and beyond the ordinary spread generally provided. It may be necessary for those accounts that are subject to these charges to make substantial trading profits to avoid depletion or exhaustion of their assets.

You may sustain a loss of the funds that you commit to the investment strategies recommended. It is advised that you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose, such that it would affect your current lifestyle.
